Short answer: send your design as AI, PDF or PSD, ideally vector. Give us the Pantone colours if you have them, and the final size on the piece. If you only have an idea or an image, our design team will prepare the artwork.
Artwork checklist
- Format: AI or vector PDF (ideal); high-resolution PSD.
- Resolution: 300 dpi at actual size, for images and photos.
- Colours: Pantone for solid colours; four-colour process (CMYK) for photos and gradients.
- Size: the final size of the design on the piece, and the shape of the piece (flat, curved, tapered).
- Quantity: number of pieces and sheets. Minimum order is 50 sheets.
- Material and firing: porcelain, stoneware, earthenware, terracotta, tile or glass; low fire, high fire or glass (see the differences).
What happens next
- Quote, based on your file and quantities.
- Proof paid and deducted from the order if you go ahead.
- Production, in around 15 working days on average, depending on complexity and quantities.
- Shipping across Portugal and worldwide.
